Pastor Milton, also affectionately known as PM, is a Lead Pastor at FCCWO Church, School & Sports, with 27 years of ministry experience. He has worked with directly with youth for the past 20 years as a teacher and mentor,12 years of that being in soccer. He has coached numerous boys and girls teams over that span including Rec leagues, Girls Travel, USYF Regional and National Teams, and the WPSL.  

In 2014, he started the FCCWO Sports program as an extension of FCCWO church, where he now serves as the Director. With the initial push being soccer, he helped develop a year round player centric training program to help refine the technical skills of each player, with small sided play, featuring variations of 3v3, 4v4, and 5v5 futsal. Through this program, FCCWO Sports has conducted numerous youth soccer camps, leagues, and tournaments.
